Home Maintenance

If you have a home and have not received our Maintenance Manual, please call the office and we would be happy to send you one! All conveyed Mutual Help clients should have this manual.

We also have a staff person who has received recent training on home maintenance issues. Mary Rabb will be developing, with Penny Bott and Jimmy Clark, a course and manual for those who would like to take care of their own homes rather than spend money on a contractor (where allowed by code, of course).
